The color sequence in the list / tree isIf you want to create a hierarchical list, position the fields in
different lines of the list according to your hierarchical level.
If you choose the hierarchy button again, the later list is displayed
again in color.
The hierarchical coloring is canceled after a defined number of further
input steps.
