Message text: Query contains output fields that are ignored
You attempted to open a query that contains several lines. This query
was persumably created with the SAP query (transaction SQ01). You can
only display one line lists here, however.
It should be pointed out that a loss of information results from this.
Not all output fields of the query are made available for use. Only
those fields are considered that are outputted in line 1, and that are
not assigned to any list group or list group 1.
You can continue to work with the incomplete query if this loss of
information is acceptable to you. Otherwise you should open the query
with the SAP Query.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

AQ_AD_HOC056
- Query contains output fields that are ignored ?The SAP error message AQ_AD_HOC056 indicates that the query you are trying to execute contains output fields that are being ignored. This typically occurs in the context of SAP BW (Business Warehouse) or SAP HANA when you are working with queries in the Query Designer or when executing ad-hoc queries.
Cause:
Field Configuration: The fields that are included in the output of the query may not be configured correctly in the InfoProvider or the query definition. This can happen if the fields are not part of the data model or if they are not allowed in the context of the query.
Aggregation Issues: If the query is trying to aggregate data but the fields are not suitable for aggregation, they may be ignored.
Data Source Limitations: The data source may not support certain fields or may have restrictions on the fields that can be displayed.
Query Properties: The properties of the query may be set in such a way that certain fields are excluded from the output.
Solution:
Check Query Definition: Review the query definition in the Query Designer. Ensure that all the output fields you want to include are correctly defined and are part of the InfoProvider.
Field Properties: Check the properties of the fields in the query. Make sure that they are set to be displayed in the output and that there are no restrictions preventing them from being included.
Aggregation Settings: If applicable, review the aggregation settings for the fields. Ensure that the fields can be aggregated if the query requires it.
Data Source Review: Verify that the data source you are using supports the fields you are trying to include in the output. If necessary, consult the data source documentation or the data model.
Test with Simplified Query: Try running a simplified version of the query with fewer fields to identify which specific field(s) are causing the issue.
Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or community forums for additional insights or similar issues encountered by other users.
