On the <LS>Basic List Line Structure</> screen, define the fields you
want to output in the basic list.
A field is output in the basic list either if it is assigned to a line
(in the <LS>Line</> and <LS>Sequence</> columns) or if it is used for
calculating totals (flag <LS>Total</> column).
