There can be two reasons for this:
,,1. No user has been defined for the partner.
,,2. No e-mail addresses have been maintained in the master data for
the specified users.
Case 1: Navigate in the settings [/sapapo/clp_settings] and assign at
least one user to the partner.
Case 2: Navigate in the user master data of the user assigned to the
partner and, for these, maintain e-mail addresses.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
