value assignments. This is not possible due to inconsistencies in the
transferred data.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check that the characteristics data transferred is correct and
consistent. It is possible this error was caused as a result of:
A class being transferred with the characteristics data, but the
product is not assigned to this class.
A characteristic being transferred which also does not belong to the
class transferred.
The characteristic transferred being of a different type than the type
defined for it (for example, an alphanumeric value is transferred
although the characteristic can have only a numeric value).
Only certain fixed values are allowed for a characteristic of the
class. A value was entered that is not defined as a fixed value. (For
example, if only the values 'A', 'B' and 'C' are defined for a class
and you attempt to enter the value 'D'.)
A half-open interval being transferred if intervals are used.
