  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The cost center is specified as a required field in the field selection
    for the appropriation request.
You have maintained only profit center &V1& and business area &V2&.

    System Response

When the cost center is a required field, you are not allowed to
maintain just the profit center and/or business area, since the
specifications for profit center / business area are not allowed to be
different from the specifications in the cost center.

    How to fix this error?

Entering profit center &V1& and/or business area &V2& is not
sufficient, since it is not possible to derive a cost center from these
    entries.
    Enter cost centers only.
The profit center and business area are adopted automatically from the
    cost center.
If you specified the profit center or business area as required fields,
you can only choose cost centers in which the profit center or business
    area are maintained.
Or change the specifications for the requesting cost center so it is
    not a required field.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
