  • What causes this issue?

    When primary installation &v2& was billed, secondary installation &v1&
    was also processed. The <DS:DE.INSTROLE>installation role</> of
    secondary installation &v1& has changed in the period &v3& to &v4&. The
    role has either changed from an installation role with
    <DS:DE.DISTREL>distribution</> to an installation role without
    distribution, or the opposite. This is not permitted.

    System Response

    The billing procedure for the primary installation is cancelled.

    How to fix this error?

    Correct the installation role in the historical data of installation
    &v1&.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
