Message type: E = Error
Message class: AH - IS-U billing (master data)
Message number: 853
Message text: Weight. key &1 temp. area &2 period &3 - &4: entire weight is zero
A total value of zero was calculated as the weighting total of degree
day coefficients from the degree days table and the table of average
degree day coefficients. This figure is used whenever the degree day
coefficient is not available for a specific day in the degree days
table.
It is likely that the degree days table was not maintained correctly.
In this case, the weighted average of the conversion factors cannot be
calculated consistently in gas billing.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Please check both tables - particularly for the specified interval -
and add any missing values.
Then start billing again.
