    How to fix this error?

The error has several possible causes. If the empty table is table
COMPR_IZW, it is likely that required meter reading results are
missing. Check that each device or register for the billing concerned
has at least one meter reading result to mark the start of the period
to be billed and at least one meter reading result to mark the end of
    the period to be billed.
In most cases, this would be the following meter reading results:
To determine the start of the period, a move-in meter reading result or
the periodic meter reading result of the last billing
To determine the end of the period, a periodic meter reading result or
the result on the date the allocation to the installation ends
Appropriate meter reading results for registers only relevant to
    sub-annual billing
Enter the required meter reading results and start the transaction
    again.
If the entries are still not correct, the problem may be due to an
internal error. If this is the case, contact SAP.
