If the measured pressure is <ZH>not</> to exceed the maximum value
permitted, then enter a lower measured pressure.
If the measured pressure <ZH>is</> to exceed the maximum value
permitted, then proceed as follows:
Call the <LS>Measured pressure</> table for the billing class in the
present volume correction factor procedure.
Extend the table to include new permissible measured pressure values
for this billing class.
