What causes this issue?

Single filters are <ZH>currently</> not required for the parameters and
characteristic hierarchy.
The corresponding functions have been suppressed, which means that
although you cannot generate these two categories, the functions will
still be available for implementation at a later date.
The category "filter group" (AND link) can always be mapped using
dynamic selections. The filter group is designed to enable dynamic
selections from existing single filters to be grouped. Since it is
based on single filters, the filter group is also no longer required.

System Response

You cannot create filters with the categories "single filter" and
"filter group".
However, you can still process existing filters in these categories. In
this case, the system issues a warning message.
