What causes this issue?

The composite benchmark is not consistent, as the total of the weights
of the sub-benchmark is not 100 percent, or it contains inconsistent
benchmarks.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you want to edit the composite benchmark at a later point in time,
you can save it with the status <ZK>Inconsistent</> provided the
composite benchmark is not assigned directly or as part of another
composite benchmark to a portfolio hierarchy. You cannot assign
inconsistent composite benchmarks to a portfolio hierarchy node.
