What causes this issue?

The administration table contains data records for the finance objects
of loans whose payment flows were generated in an overnight run. No
entries matching the selection criteria you have specified could be
deleted from the administration table.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
