    Checkboxes can only be displayed in table columns with a header. In this
    case, a checkbox has to be displayed in every row. The selection column
    is an exception. It does not have a header, but checkboxes are only
    allowed in normal rows. If the row was inserted, no checkbox can be
    displayed in the selection column.
