  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

With aspect &V2& of component &V1&, there is a difference between the
active status in the database and the active status in the configuration
file. In both the database and the inactive version of the configuration
file, there is an entry for the key fields of the data record &V3&.
However, this entry is <ZH>not</> recognized in the active configuration
    file due to an error.
This inconsistent status may have occurred due to a preceding,
unexpected error (short dump) that caused the active status in the
    configuration file to go missing.

    System Response

Data record &V3& of the inactive configuration file is written to the
database. Subsequently, the content of the <ZH>inactive</> configuration
file is therefore located on the database and then, once successfully
generated, also in the active configuration file. In this way, the
active status is once again consistent.
    Activation continues.

    How to fix this error?

Inform your system administrator about the inconsistent status so that
any necessary action can be taken.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
