  • What causes this issue?

    Your system has been upgraded to a new release.
    During the upgrade, the environment of your operating concern was
    regenerated, at which time the old derivation rules were converted to
    the new form.
    During this conversion, an error occured when the system converted
    derivation rule &V1& from the old table &V2& to the new table &V3&.

    System Response

    The derivation rule could not be converted. Consequently,
    characteristic derivation will not work correctly.

    How to fix this error?

    Check whether table &V2& exists and is active in your system.
    If not, you need to transport it along with all its entries from the
    source system.
    If you no longer use derivation rule &V1&, you can delete it. To do so,
    delete the corresponding entry in control table TKEAS.
