  • What causes this issue?

Asset &v1& was reorganized on &v3&. You are not allowed to post to this
asset in reorganized time periods. The posting date of the current
transaction or the original posting date of the document being reversed
    is before the reorganization date.

    System Response

The posting cannot be carried out.

    How to fix this error?

Check the last reorganization date of the asset. Postings are only
allowed with a posting date after the date of the last reorganization.
Postings of a reorganized asset that are before the reorganization date
    cannot be reversed.

    Procedure for System Administrators

You can specify that this system message is issued in accordance with
your requirements. In Customizing, choose <LS>Asset Accounting ->
    Transactions -> Maintain Message Types</>.
You can find the application area and the message number in the
    technical information.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

If you change the message type to a warning message, then the system no
longer rejects a posting for the asset or a document reversal with an
error message. However, in that case, the user still has to check to
make sure that the correct asset balance before the reorganization does
not have to be transferred afterward to the account assignment object
(such as profit center), because a complete transfer of the asset took
    place before during the reorganization.
