larger than specified in customizing, then name of the extract will be
truncated to 9 characters and 3 additional characters will be added:
XXXXXXXXX~NN, where NN are incremented numbers.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
