This error is related to the country grouping settings in the T001 table, which is used to define the country settings for different company codes.
Cause:
- Multiple Entries: The error arises when there are multiple entries for a single country grouping in the T001 table. Each country grouping should ideally correspond to a single country, and having multiple entries can lead to confusion in processing.

- Remove Duplicates: If you find multiple entries for the same country grouping, you will need to remove or correct the duplicates. This may involve deleting unnecessary entries or consolidating them into a single entry.
- Review Configuration: Go to the configuration settings for country groupings and company codes. Ensure that the settings are correct and that each country grouping is assigned appropriately.
- Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or help notes related to country groupings and T001 table configuration for further guidance.
