What causes this issue?

The Customizing settings for the "flow types per aplication function"
in the Treasury Loans (TR-LO) component were converted successfully.
The settings were converted for all clients and company codes except
for client 000. This involved source tables TZB08 and TZK04, and target
table TDLOANFUNC.
Since the "report name" field (repid) no longer exists in the new table
TDLOANFUNC, the system was unable to transfer all the entries from the
old table TZB08 in cases where the contents in the "payment transaction
ID" (szartkz) differed.

How to fix this error?

After the upgrade, check the Customizing settings for the flow types
per application function in the TR-LO component by choosing Transaction
Management -> Condition Types -> Define Condition Groups -> Assign Flow
Types to Condition Groups, and change the entries in the "Payment
transaction ID" field as required.
Following the introduction of loans taken in the TR-LO component, the
Customizing settings for "flow types per application function" are
dependent upon the condition group (from Release 4.5A). All the valid
condition groups were transferred.
Before you go live, check the flow types per posting application to see
if you want to enter restrictions for certain condition groups. If you
want to use the functions for loans taken, you will need to make
additional Customizing settings and change existing settings.
