If an activated or posted capital transfer exists, it is not possible to
change the conditions.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

In addition to the display option, you can also post or delete an
activated capital transfer using transaction FN8X.
You can reverse a posted capital transfer. The reversal of a capital
transfer is subject to the release procedure, provided this is
activated.
You can delete an activated capital transfer. If the release procedure
is activated, the deletion must be released.
While the reversal or the deletion of the capital transfer is in the
release workflow, you can only display the capital transfer.
