What causes this issue?

For the current contract, the last &V1& was performed up to &V2&.
If the field being changed is the rental start date or the date of the
first debit position, then it is no longer possible to change this field
once settlement (service charge settlement or sales-based settlement)
has been performed.
If the field being changed is within the conditions, then the field can
be changed after &V2& at the earliest. Create a new item in that case.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
