    You have not entered a value for the area '&V1&'. In Customizing, this
    area is marked as a reference area. This means, for instance, that this

    System Response

    Without an area size the system cannot take the determination of option
    rates into consideration or calculate amounts per area. It is also not
    possible to carry out a rent adjustment that is based on amounts per
    area unit for rental units without reference areas.

    How to fix this error?

    If, however, you do not want to enter any reference areas, confirm the
    warning with ENTER. Otherwise enter an area.
