Message text: Number range interval for object & does not contain any more free numbers
You have attempted to obtain a new number for the number range object
HRSOBJECT for subtype &V1&. The system has searched the number range
interval, number 01, from start to finish. It did not find any numbers

Processing will be cancelled.
You must set up a new number area for standard objects. To do this, use
IMG transaction OOW4. Only after you have set up a new number area, can
you create objects of type &V1&.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

- Number range interval for object & does not contain any more free numbers ?The SAP error message 5W175 indicates that the number range interval for a specific object does not contain any more free numbers. This typically occurs when the system has exhausted the available numbers in the defined number range for a particular object, such as a document type, transaction, or master data record.
Cause:
- Exhausted Number Range: The most common cause is that the number range defined for the object has been completely used up. This can happen if the number range is too small for the volume of transactions being processed.
- Incorrect Configuration: The number range may not be configured correctly, or the intervals may not be set up properly.
- Number Range Lock: Sometimes, the number range may be locked or restricted due to configuration settings or user authorizations.
Solution:
Extend the Number Range:
- Go to the transaction code SNRO (Number Range Objects).
- Find the relevant number range object associated with the error.
- Check the current intervals and see if you can extend the range by adding new intervals or increasing the upper limit of the existing interval.
Create New Number Range:
- If extending the existing number range is not feasible, consider creating a new number range interval for the object.
- Ensure that the new interval does not overlap with existing intervals.
Check Authorizations:
- Ensure that the user has the necessary authorizations to access and use the number range. Sometimes, restrictions can prevent the allocation of numbers.
Review Configuration:
- Review the configuration settings for the number range in the relevant customizing transaction (e.g., SPRO).
- Ensure that the number range is correctly assigned to the relevant document types or objects.
Monitor Usage:
- Regularly monitor the usage of number ranges to prevent running out of numbers in the future. This can be done by setting up alerts or reports.
