Message text: Use the US indicator 0 if there is entitlement to retirement pension.
You have selected the UI indicator 2 (half contribution). To make the
employment of pensioners more attractive to employers, as of January 1,
2017, no other amount has to be paid for unemployment insurance (UI
indicator 0 - no insurance liability) after employees have reached the
standard retirement age. Up until now, the employer's contribution for
unemployment insurance (UI indicator 2 - half contribution) had to be
paid.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
If entitlement to a standard retirement pension exists, use UI indicator
0 instead of UI indicator 2.

- Set the US indicator to '0' for those employees who are entitled to receive a retirement pension.
Review Configuration Settings:
- If the issue persists, review the configuration settings in the SAP system related to US benefits and retirement plans. This may involve checking the payroll schema and rules to ensure that they are correctly configured to handle retirement pension entitlements.
Test Payroll Processing:
- After making the necessary changes, run a test payroll to ensure that the error does not occur again and that the retirement pension is processed correctly.
Consult Documentation:
