    System Response

This situation may occur in the following cases:
Statement of a DEUEV notification for employees with person group key
190 (only those subject to AI)
The system prevents the creation of a statement for this kind of
notification as it does not contain any data that is relevant for the
    employee.
Statement of a DEUEV notification that was only created due to a change
to the accident insurance data (data module)
The system prevents the creation of a statement for this kind of
notification as the change to the accident insurance data is not re
    levant for the employee.

SHI monthly declarations only contain data for the health insurance fund
that is required for carrying out the social insurance adjustment or for
the confirmation of contribution calculation parameters for the
employer. Therefore, no statement is created for the employee for these
    notifications.
In these cases, the status is still set to <LS>Certified</> to make it
visible in the administrator list that the notification has already been
selected by the statement report and processed.
