  • What causes this issue?

The data module DBKV contains incorrect data.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

The DEUEV check with error number &v2& returned an error.
    List of checks:
<ZH>DBKV046:</> SHI monthly declaration for periods before 2015
The submission of SHI monthly declarations for periods before 01/01/2015
is no longer permitted. For retroactive accounting in these periods, the
opinion of the SHI umbrella association is that the contribution
calculations for the employee in concurrent employment are to be
clarified "bilaterally" between the employers involved.
The notifications are created with the status <(><<)>With Errors> to
indicate that retroactive accounting has changed data that could require
a changed calculation of contributions at other employers. Inform the
employers affected ("bilateral" procedure) so that they can make any
necessary change to the calculation of contributions for the employee in
    concurrent employment.
Then set the "incorrect" notification to the status <(><<)>Reported
Manually> to remove it from the worklist of the administrator's list. It
is neither possible nor necessary to actually report the issue manually.
<ZH>DBKV122:</> Regular annual income has not been specified
Employment within the slide zone has been reported (field
DBKV-KENNZGLESV has the value 1 = Remuneration Within the Slide Zone),
but the field DBKV-RJEG does not contain information on the regular
    annual income.
You can use a copy of the model wage type
    <DS:HRDS.DSYSLO_ECDWTYP_MU83AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA01_1VVV>MU83</> to submit an
estimate for the regular annual income. Then perform retroactive
accounting for the month for which the SHI monthly declaration is
    created.

    System Response

The notification is created with the status <LS>With Errors</>.
