What causes this issue?

In infotype P1013 the person group and the person subgroup are
allocated to the position. Table T503 contains the valid period
('payroll type') for every combination of person group and person
subgroup.
If the person group and person subgroup are allocated to the position
and the planned payment was taken from table T510, the period (payroll
type in T503) is read.
In each case, the entered value is always checked against table T546T.
