    What causes this issue?

    The program PTRV_TRAVEL_EXISTS has tried to set the Travel Management
    Extension (EA-TRV) to active. This process triggers the activation of
    BC Set &v1&. The activation of this BC Set was terminated and the data
    contained in the BC set was not written to the database, or it was only
    partially saved.

    System Response

    The application could not be fully activated. This means that some of
    the functions may not be activated or may not be available for use.

    How to fix this error?

    Note down the name of the BC Set that caused processing to be
    terminated (&v1&). Call up Transaction SCPR20 in client &v2& and enter
    the name of the BC set. From here, goto the log display (CTRL + F2).
    Once you have evaluated the information in the log and corrected any
    problems that occurred you have to restart the activation of the BC set
    in Transaction SCPR20. To do this, return to the initial screen for
    Transaction SCPR20 and choose F7.
    You do not need to restart program PTRV_TRAVEL_EXISTS.

    Procedure for System Administrators
