    calculation of Pag-IBIG contributions will be based on the employee's
    monthly earnings.

    enter the value in the <LS>Employee basis amount</> field. This amount
    will be compared to the employee's monthly earnings, and the lesser of
    the two will be used to calculate the employee's contribution to the
    fund.
