  • What causes this issue?

    The payroll could not run to the:
    Leaving Hong Kong date (entered in Events (Infotype 0000)) for an IR56G
    Terminated (entered in Events(Infotype 0000)) or change of tax
    reporting group date (entered in General Tax (Infotype 0345)) for an
    IR56F
    The error occurred because the employee was rejected in the payroll
    run.

    System Response

    An error message will be displayed in the error log as part of the
    processing of the IR56F/G forms.

    How to fix this error?

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Go to the payroll driver and run the employee in test mode to the date
    that the person was rejected on (leaving Hong Kong etc).
    Using the payroll log decipher why the error occurred.
    Solve the problems and re-run the employee in test mode until the
    payroll driver has a successful run.
    Re-run the IR56F or IR56G.
