What causes this issue?

No statistics can be displayed as the required information is not
available. The statistics can only be displayed if the posting run was
generated with the report RPCIPE01 or RPCIPE01_CE.
The statistics contain information about the run variant and the
parallel processing parameter of the posting run. As parallel processing
is not possible in older reports, the statistics are not required.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
