    The status' allowed for a budget type group are predefined and cannot
    be changed. The budget status &V1& specified by you does not exists
    for the budget type group.
    The following status are currently supported:
    '1': the budget has been released and can no longer be edited.
    '2': the budget is in the status planned and can (depending on your
    authorization) be edited.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
