What causes this issue?

If you have selected any of the following radio buttons, you must make
sure that you deselect <LS>Employee withTax </> checkbox:
<LS>Terminated Emp. in Period </>radio button
<LS>New Joinee in Period </>radio button
<LS>Emp. with New Tax ID in Period </>radio button

System Response

If you choose these radio buttons along with <LS> Employee withTax </>
checkbox, system gives you an error message - <ZH>Choose 'All Employees'
when 'Employee with Tax' is checked</>. This is because the data
regarding terminated employees, new joinees and employees with new tax
id, is required to complete the forms irrespective of whether or not the
employees have paid tax.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
