As material &V1& is marked for deletion in the next reorganization run,
you see a message in the situations described above.

a BOM, you see this message as an error message.
In this case, you cannot proceed with entering the material.
If you want to change or display the BOM for material &V1&, you see
this message as a warning message. The same applies to all plant
allocation functions.

- Go to the material master record using transaction code
MM03
(Display Material).- Enter the material number and check the "Basic Data" view or the "Sales Org. Data" view to see if the deletion flag is set.
Remove Deletion Flag:
- If you determine that the material should not be marked for deletion, you can remove the deletion flag:
- Use transaction code
MM02
(Change Material).- Enter the material number and navigate to the relevant views.
- Uncheck the "Deletion Flag" checkbox.
- Save your changes.
Consult with Stakeholders:
- If you are unsure whether to remove the deletion flag, consult with relevant stakeholders (e.g., inventory management, sales, or procurement teams) to confirm the status of the material.
Check for Dependencies:
- Ensure that there are no outstanding transactions or dependencies related to the material that might affect its status.
