What causes this issue?

You are creating a test file for transferring documents from an
external system. In the <LS>Document number prefix</> field you entered
a five-figure number. The system is to copy this as a prefix for the
selected document numbers.
You cannot use figures only (for example, not 11111 but 111).
Any blank characters you enter are converted to "_" (for example, 111
-> 111__).
Selected document numbers that are longer than 20 characters are
shifted five characters to the right, then given the prefix you defined
(for example, 111__ad-01).

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
