    The current configuration of the frontend computer does not allow
    navigation to the URL.

    Check the following settings, according to your frontend:
    JAVA:

    WN32 and WN32_95:
    Is an appropriate Web browser installed ? Is the specified URL linked
    with the Web browser?
    WN or WN32S:
    Is an appropriate Web browser installed? Is the file extension '.HTM'
    linked with the Web browser?
    PM:
    Is an appropriate Web browser installed? Was Report 'RSSOSPPC' used to
    link the file extension '.HTM' with the Web browser on the current
    frontend computer?
    MC:
    Is an appropriate Web browser installed under the creator 'MSIE' or
    'MOSS'?
    MF:
    Is an appropriate Web browser installed?
