The system could not generate the correspondence request for account
&V2& belonging to bank area &V3& due to any of the following reasons:
System error while generating correspondence
Correspondence recipients could not be determined
Required settings have not been made in Customizing for <ZK>Bank
Customer Accounts </>(BCA)

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check that you have set up the correspondence tool and activated the
Business Transaction Events (BTEs) in Customizing for BCA by choosing
the following:
<ZK>Customer Accounts -> Tools -> Correspondence Tool</>
<ZK>Customer Accounts -> Basic Settings -> Business Transaction Events /
Event Control</>
In addition, on the account maintenance screen, check that you have set
up the correspondence recipients properly.
