    When creating a hierarchy using a copy of another hierarchy, the
    intervals can't overlap. When you create a hierarchy using a copy, all
    of the source accounts underneath the root node are copied to the new
    hierarchy. These accounts would then be present in both hierarchies
    and therefore contain overlapping intervals. However, there may not be
    any accounts within a relation type valid for the same day in more than
    one hierarchy.
