  • What causes this issue?

An account or root account which is to be placed in the hierarchy is
already present in another hierarchy. The two hierarchies overlap with
respect to time. (Every account within a relation type may only be
contained in one and only one hierarchy for each day)
If a hierarchy is created using a copy of another hierarchy, every
account underneath the root account of the source hierarchy is checked
to see whether it can be copied to the new hierarchy. If the account
is contained in another hierarchy and the two overlap time-wise, then
    this error message is generated.
