You want to create an identical correspondence record (with the same
values for Correspondence Type, Business Partner, Correspondence Role
and Dispatch Control). This is however, not possible.

System Response

The system cannot save the duplicate correspondence record.

How to fix this error?

If you want to send a copy of the correspondence to the business partner
in the same role with the same dispatch control value, then enter the
number of copies in the IMG activity <LS>Define Dispatch Control</>.
