What causes this issue?

Automatic notification of the account holder by a notification module
is not possible at this time. This is because no notification module
was linked to the system in Customizing by means of the business
transaction event intended for this purpose, number 00012800. Therefore
you can presently only flag accounts for notification.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
