What causes this issue?

For customer output programs, it is possible that certain aspects of
performance are not taken into account. This is particularly true when
SAP print views are used (data collection function modules) and
additional data are also read. Most of the data read is superfluous,
simply extending the print view would be sufficient.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Note
Every entry in table TNAPR is taken into account. The result of this is
that output that are used for different output types (print, fax) and
which therefore use the same program are counted several times.
Remember: 1 output can use 5 programs.

How to fix this error?

Check the above. If necesssary use the system modification options and
extend the print view.
