The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Activate the configuration in all SAP systems from the Domain
Controller.

Check Transport Layer:
- Ensure that the transport layer is correctly defined. You can check this in the same STMS transaction under the Transport Layers section.
- Make sure that the transport layer is assigned to the correct transport route.
User Authorizations:
- Verify that the user has the necessary authorizations to perform transport operations. This may involve checking roles and profiles assigned to the user.
System Configuration:
