Message text: Configuration is not completely distributed
You attempted to distribute the transport route settings. All systems
already know these settings.
The settings are not distributed.
If you still want to distribute the transport route settings, you have
two options:
Select the appropriate system and choose <PF>Configuration</> ->
<PF>Adapt transport routes of the system</>. Note that you cannot do
this if the current transport routes have been revised in the editor,
or if they have only been saved locally.
Revise the current active transport routes by switching to change mode
and choosing <PF>Save</>. You can then distribute this copy to all
systems and activate it.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

- Configuration is not completely distributed ?The SAP error message "0T123 Configuration is not completely distributed" typically indicates that there is an issue with the distribution of configuration settings in the SAP system landscape, particularly in the context of SAP Transport Management System (TMS) or when dealing with configuration settings in a distributed environment.
Cause:
- Incomplete Transport: The configuration settings may not have been fully transported from the source system to the target system. This can happen if the transport request was not released or imported correctly.
- Missing Objects: Some objects or settings that are part of the configuration may be missing in the target system.
- Inconsistent Configuration: There may be inconsistencies between the source and target systems due to manual changes or errors during the transport process.
- Authorization Issues: The user performing the transport may not have the necessary authorizations to complete the distribution of the configuration.
Solution:
- Check Transport Requests: Verify that all relevant transport requests have been released and imported into the target system. You can do this by checking the transport logs in the Transport Management System (TMS).
- Re-import Transport Requests: If you find that some transport requests were not imported, you can re-import them to ensure that all configurations are correctly distributed.
- Consistency Check: Use transaction codes like
SE03
(Transport Organizer Tools) orSE09
(Transport Requests) to check for inconsistencies and missing objects.- Manual Configuration: If certain settings are missing, you may need to manually configure them in the target system to match the source system.
- Authorization Check: Ensure that the user performing the transport has the necessary authorizations to execute the transport and make changes to the configuration.
- System Logs: Check the system logs for any additional error messages or warnings that may provide more context about the issue.
