The time period you want to insert leads to an overlap with already
existing validity periods.

System Response

After pressing <ENTER>, you have the option of copying the
<GL:quota_arrangement>quota arrangement data</> from an existing time
period.
The new period will be inserted according to the time sequence; the
periods affected will be changed accordingly.

How to fix this error?

Check the quota arrangement data of the new time period and the time
periods that are changed following creation of the new periods.
