    only execute this function on the enqueue (lock) server. You are logged
    on to another R/3 server.

    RESET N1
    Determine the name of the enqueue server. To do this, in the lock
    management (Transaction SM12) choose <LS>Extras -> Diagnosis</>. The
    first line in the list displayed states the enqueue server.
    Use the <LS>Server selection</> function in the SAP logon program to
    log onto the enqueue server.
    Repeat the operation in the lock management.
