    Reference user &V2& has the role assignment &V3& for system &V4&. You
    are not authorized to change this role assignment for users in user
    group &V1&.
    Background
    By entering a reference user for a user, the user is granted the
    authorizations of the reference user. These authorizations are withdrawn
    from the user when you remove this reference user.
    The system checks whether the user administrator is allowed to manually
    enter and remove these authorizations using role and profile
    assignments. If the check fails, the assignment of the reference user
    cannot be changed.

    The reference user's assignment was not changed.

    How to fix this error?

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
