CAUSE&
Several plant groups are assigned with different selling periods
of the promotion. The sales start date in the promotion header
contains the earliest start of sales date of all the assigned plant
groups.
The date " purchasing conditions to " should not fall before the
sales start date in the promotion header.
If the start of sales date of an assigned plant group is after the
date "purchase price conditions to", then this message appears.
