been configured to support message authentication.

Call report WSS_SETUP, uncheck "Test Run" and execute the report. This
will create a user "DELAY_LOGON" (7.1X) or "DELAY_L_<SID>" (7.0X).
This user is needed to enable the user switches for message based
authentication.
